GAR cruising USA ! is not a race. Drivers must at all times adhere to all local, state and national laws and regulations related to driving on public and private roads and highways. Drivers at all times are responsible for their actions and being aware of all prevailing driving laws and regulations. * The cruise will be a secret until the event date. * Driver must use the car that they sign up with at the beginning, if there is a change we have to be informed of that change at least one week in advance. * The driver must be the same that sign up for the event . * Pictures of the car and driver will be taken . * In case that you wouldn’t be able to participate on the event date you lose your money. In case that you had any troubles and couldn’t participate let us know at least one week in advance, and we make the arrangements and put you in another event. * On the event date after you punch the card, there no turning back you have to finish the cruise or at least try to end it, there will be no refunds or exchanges. It doesn’t matter if your car broke down you have a accident or you where stop by the cops. Special offers: If you are able to get 25 different people to participate on the event and they paid their entry fee you will be able to race for free, but you got to make sure that the mention your name the day they sign up.
